Kingfisher Salmon
A la Colette
Sprinkle fillet(s) with salt and pepper.
-Brush on a mixture of:
1/4 cup grated ginger
1/4 cup chopped garlic
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sesame oil
-Put a tablespoon of butter on fillet and top with freshly
chopped basil.
-Bake in the oven at 350 degrees until done; 10-15 minutes
-Mix the following ingredients in a sauce pan, reduce
over stove flame to bubbly sauce, pour over fillet:
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspn powdered ginger
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Serve immediately!
